We at IEP-Wizard respect Your privacy.  This Privacy Policy explains the information We may collect from You and how We treat that information. Your use of the Website indicates Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.  If You do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.  Please review Our Terms of Use and Service as well, as they govern Your use of the Website and our Services.  

 

This Privacy Policy may be amended at any time without notice. If We amend the Policy, We will update the “revised” date at the bottom of the Policy. You are encouraged to review this Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Website after the Policy has been amended constitutes Your acceptance of the amendments.

The Website collects two types of information: (i) Non-personal computer information that is automatically collected when You use the Website, and (ii) Personal information that you voluntarily supply.

 

(i) Non-personal computer information may be collected for record-keeping purposes and to allow You to access the Website. This non-personal information may include, but is not limited to, Your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, referring/exit pages and URLs, browser and platform type, general demographic information, number of visits to the Website, and other anonymous usage data. This non-personal information is collected through small files called “cookies” that are placed on Your hard-drive when you access the Website. While you can modify your browser’s settings to not allow cookies, doing so may prevent You from being able to access the Website properly. Unless you voluntarily provide Your personal information, We do not collect it and You will remain anonymous. This Privacy Policy does not limit Our use or disclosure of non-personal information, and We reserve the right to provide such information to third-parties. 

 

(ii) Personal information that is voluntarily provided may be collected in order for Us to satisfy Your requests and provide Our Services fully. The personal information collected may vary depending on the Services We are providing for You, but generally may include Your and/or Your child’s name, address, telephone number, email address, Your child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP), and financial account information for payment. We take every reasonable precaution to protect the privacy of all personal information.  We collect and store personal information safely and securely and do not share any personal information with third parties. However, We may disclose personal and/or non-personal information if required by law or We have a good-faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary. 

 

You will be required to register with IEP-Wizard if you desire to use Our Services.  Signing up for Our Services will be require You to provide Us with Your email address, name, Your child’s IEP, payment information, and potentially other information as required.  This information will be used to provide the Service.  See Our Terms of Use and Service for more details.  If You choose to sign up for Our Services, Your payment information may be provided to a secure third-party payment system solely for the payment.  Your information may also be provided to third-parties that perform certain services on Our behalf, including, but not limited to, sending out the newsletters or other mailings relating to Us and Our Services.  You may opt out at any time after signing up from any mailings by clicking on the “Opt Out” link contained in the email.

 

In order to access and use IEP-Wizard, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using IEP-Wizard, You warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.  The Website does not knowingly target children under the age of thirteen (13), and We do not collect any information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13).  If We learn that any such information has been provided to Us, We will take all steps to destroy and delete the information.  If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of thirteen (13) and You believe that We are in possession of their information that was submitted to Us at IEP-Wizard by the child, please contact us right away.  However, IEPs of children under the age of 13 can be reviewed by Us, with Your permission as the parent/legal guardian of the child, which is granted to Us by the uploading of the IEP through IEP-Wizard.  See Terms of Use and Service for more information.
